Me and my wife hired Treanna and the Diva’s for our wedding on May 20. We highly recommend using them for their Week of Coordinator services. Treanna helped us read the contracts and let us know what we may have looked over, she reached out to all the other vendors we used to make sure everything was set, and she offered to do so much stuff that others probably wouldn’t do. Every vendor We called the week of to confirm things said to me “oh I already talked to Treanna”. She picked up and set up all of my rehearsal decor as well as met us at the venue to do multiple run throughs of the ceremony. She picked up, set up, took down, AND dropped off all of my wedding decor. She had a whole team with us the day of to make sure everything went smooth and we had everything we needed. Treanna went above and beyond when we forgot one little thing - she ran out and picked up what we needed, something that was so small nobody else would notice it wasn’t there. We also had a problem with our venue at the reception, we told Treanna and she handled the problem to the point where none of the guests even realized what had happened. Treanna and her whole team are the most professional and respectful people who truly made the week of my wedding smooth and easy! Highly recommended!!!!

Working with Treanna and the Divas with the Details team was truly nothing short of a dream. Treanna went above and beyond before, during, and after the process to ensure that we felt taken care of and were happy with our planning/arrangements. Can not recommend Diva’s with the Details enough! Treanna was so helpful throughout the whole process and was there for anything I needed! We had A LOT of decor items and some of them were not the easiest to put together (like a whole flower wall) but Treanna had no issue doing this for us and exceeded our expectations. Everything went better than I could have asked for. She is so easy to work with and really no job is too big for her, she really is there to help with whatever you need to make your day perfect. I will recommend her to everyone I know that is getting married!

I was so on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator knowing that I’m a big planner and VERY particular about how I want things. But after a nudge from a friend, I booked with Divas with the Details knowing that Treanna worked closely with one of really great friends in the events industry. The few weeks leading up to the wedding was STRESSFUL. I really thought I had my ducks in a row but Treanna got me all buttoned up a week and half prior. Anytime I felt stressed about silly things, I sent off a text and she would talk me off the ledge. She was SO supportive beyond just the day of. She’s been extremely accommodating with my back and forth about things. She provided me amazing recommendations from the timeline building, to advising on how to handle the sparkler exit. Treanna was also extremely flexible. I decided to book her for my rehearsal the day BEFORE and was able to accommodate that. If I could go back in time, I would have hired Divas for month of coordination. It’s the best investment for your big day. NOT ONE vendor came up to me to ask questions the day off. I was SO relaxed and was able to just get ready and enjoy myself before the ceremony and reception. Hand it all off to Treanna!!!!!

There aren’t even words to express how impressed I was with Treanna and her team. Alex went above and beyond with my decor, making the room look so much better - I couldn’t have even imagined how it would turn out. I went back and forth hiring a DOC for months - I am type A and very organized and felt like I had a good grasp on everything wedding wise - but after some questionable communication experiences with my venue’s event coordinator, I decided to pull the trigger. I am SO so unbelievably happy that I did. Treanna and her team were so easy to work for and such great communications.
Treanna organized a pickup of my things from my house the week of the wedding as well as a drop off back at my house the week after. This made for my morning of that much less stressful trying seeing that I didn’t need to make sure I had all of the small detail items that I needed. She reached out to all of my vendors the week before and created a timeline for the day which was music to my type A personality ears. Her team picked up lunches for the bridesmaids and groomsmen and we’re truly just so organized and efficient all day long. She ran a rehearsal day of at our venue with the bridal parties, put out fires that I wasn’t even aware were happening and did it all with a smile on her face. Keep in mind this is only probably 1/10th of what she and her team did!!
My goal for a DOC was so that I could put my feet up and enjoy the day of worry free and answer my FMILs seemingly endless questions. Treanna and her team made all of that possible and truly went above and beyond and did SO much more. My only regret is not hiring Treanna and her team for more than just the day of!
A huge thank you to the Divas with the Details for allowing me to truly enjoy my wedding day and be present with my friends and family. It is an absolutely priceless service and I couldn’t be more appreciative!
