Full Wedding Planning
We are with you from the very beginning. We help you find and secure your venue, dream vendors, and work together on all the details throughout your engagement. We attend all of your venue visits and vendor appointments, and have monthly check in meetings to ensure that we are continuing to make progress in your planning process.
This package includes our The Wedding Week (see below).
The Wedding Week
We will confirm your rehearsal dinner reservation, and will set up your space with any décor or gifts, and/or drop off any BYO items. We will assist with your ceremony rehearsal, ensuring that all family and wedding party members understand their roles and placement throughout the ceremony.
This package includes our The Big Day (see below).
The Big Day
This package is a combination of our Morning Of and Party Time (see more below).
We arrive in the morning to assist with setting up the bridal suite/ getting ready location and ensure you have a smooth morning with your bridal party. We are the point-of-contact for your vendors and orchastrate the set-up to match your vision. We assist with your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We ensure that all your formalities happen without you having to handle any of the stress.we stay until all the formalities are completed, and then we depart for the evening.
We arrive at your getting ready location before your hair and makeup team arrives. We ensure that your room is properly set up, assist with breakfast and/or lunch for the entire bridal party, steam bridesmaids’ dresses, are the point-of-contact for all your vendors, and ensure that the morning is going as smoothly as possible. We are there to assist throughout the entire earlier portion of your day. We have a diva stay with you throughout photos to ensure that all requested photos are taken and we are staying on time. We have another diva arrive at the venue to meet vendors and set up all your personal décor. We assist with your ceremony (whether it is at the venue or at another location). We are with you until your cocktail hour begins. We handle the transition between our team and the venue team before we depart for the day.
This package includes complimentary personalized champagne glasses for the bride and everyone she is getting ready with (bridesmaids, moms, aunts, etc.)
The Morning Of
We arrive at your venue when vendors are allowed into the space. We are the point of contact for all your vendors and ensure that they are aware of where they are to set up and assist them with their needs and questions throughout the day. We set up all your personal décor at the venue just how you envisioned it. We assist with your ceremony whether it is at the venue (or at another location) and work the cocktail hour and reception. We ensure that all your formalities happen without you having to handle any of the stress. We stay until all the formalities are completed, and then we depart for the evening.
Party Time
Microweddings
Our unique package tailored for weddings of 70 guests and under. We will create your personalized timeline, are the point-of-contact for your vendors, and set up personal decor. We will handle the ceremony coordination on the day of the wedding. We will line everyone up and handle the processional and recessional. We will assist with any pre-ceremony / post-ceremony photos that are taking place inside/directly outside the ceremony venue. We will stay on site for up to 1 hour after the start of your reception in order to ensure reception is running as expected, then will depart for the evening.
We will work with you to create an inventory list of all décor items and where/how they will be displayed during your event. We will arrive at your venue on or before your event to set up all décor items. We will stay to repurpose any items from ceremony to reception, if applicable. Once all setup is finished, we depart for the evening. We will return to your venue after your event to break down all items and safely house them until we return them to you at a pre-scheduled place and time.
*The couple is responsible for bringing all their décor to the venue prior to the wedding day.

Welcome Bags
A tedious task that adds a personal touch to your wedding. Let us help with assembly, pick up, and/or delivery!
Ceremony Asssistance
Assistance for your rehearsal and ceremony. We coordinate with your ceremony related vendors prior to your wedding.
End of Night
We return at the end of the night to retrieve all your personal décor (with the exception of cards and gifts) and return all your items to you the next day as a previously agreed upon time.
